Vision Board Creation Workshop

A Vision/Dream/Faith Board (also called a Treasure Map, Blessing Board, Visual Explorer or a Creativity Collage) is typically a poster board on which you paste or collage images that you have torn out from various magazines. It is really easy, fun and therapeutic.

The concept is to surround yourself with images of who you want to become, what you want to have, where you want to live or where you want to vacation and other desires of the heart. It is the laws of attractions!!!

At this workshop we will have a panel of three experts that will cover key points on the three most vital areas of life: Mind, Body and Spirit.

Okay so it has been a while since I put up a post about what is going on with the great things happening in my life. Well one thing for sure is I have a weight goal on my vision board. Yes I want to take off some weight and just feel better, but this time I am taking a different approach.

I have committed to make it part of my daily activites not looking at it as my workout but more like brushing your teeth. Haa. I know it sounds funny but it is that serious. Everyday I have started to walk right after work at the park.... no going home just driving and walking for at least 40 minutes. My other favority thing to do that is simple and the music is absolute infectious is Turbo Jam by Chalene Johnson.

Chalene has the perfect way to party and pull off the pounds all in one video. If losing weight is one of your aspiring goals then try Turbo Jams you won't be sorry.

5 months into the year and tons of things to accomplish. Make sure with your vision you plan and stay consistent.

In creating your vision board you now have a focal point; maybe in your office or quiet room to visualize and see what you would like to manifest in your life.

One cool and easy thing to do to add to your vision/collage is a PC Screen Saver Vision Board it is easy and effective. At times you will download pictures of your family or events and they will come up when your screen saver is activated. How about taking that same step and placing pictures that you would like to see daily?

Daily Vision is what I call it!!! My screen saver is set on my PC for 2 minute intervals so I have things that are really surface areas of change to me, not all material things, but i.e. strength, prudence, and love to name a few. These are the things that I really want to manifest and really want to sink in and become constantly embedded subconsciously, you will see the more you are reminded of these words, eventually they become you.

Pushing towards Purpose

Okay so we are 9 days in to the New Year and still staying on course with the momentum of the vision is key. People set out to make goals, plans, resolutions and in the first 90 days of the year the drive seems to fizzle out they lose the fire for the cause.

In our vision board creation workshops you will create pictures of your goals, dreams, plans, trips you name it, but with a board in place it will give you a constant reminder of the what and why intentions you set out to start in the first place.

Example. If I want to lose weight one thing I could do to help me stay on track is put that skinny picture right slap on the fridge to remind me to stay away from those cookies. Pictures help you if you are a visual person which most of us are.

Create your vision board to help you get over the 90 day lull we are 9 days in but I want to hear you do amazing things in 2010 we want to see the pictures of the manifestation of your goals,desire and dreams. Get moving keep your pictures in front of you.

Decide, Keep looking and don't give up. Get a vision in place and push towards your purpose.
